01 / OUR BEGINNINGS

Two lives.
A lasting legacy.

Our family story begins with Eusebio Ruiz de Luzuriaga and Juliana Guiquin. From Eusebio’s Basque roots to the life they built in Negros, their story is the beginning of ours.

Through their children—José, Luis, and Trinidad—the family grew. Today, we are bringing those branches together, preserving the names, photographs, and stories that belong to all of us.

A glimpse of the town
our family called home.

This photograph preserves a moment in Bacolod’s past, during the lives of generations who followed Eusebio and Juliana. As we bring our archive together, photographs like this help us place our family stories in the world around them.

The family’s supplied Ruiz de Luzuriaga crest: a green shield with a fleur-de-lis, a blue band edged in gold, and a gold star, beneath a helmet and decorative mantling.

04 / A SHARED NAME

A name we carry.
A story we share.

Ruiz de Luzuriaga.

Across branches, generations, and places, our family name connects us. This crest has a place in our family’s collection—and now, a place in our shared home online.
